The Wigan & Leigh Housing app lets you as a tenant report repairs or anti-social behavior (ASB) directly to your landlord. You can select from a list of the more common issues, write a short description and even take a photo to help identify the problem for Wigan & Leigh Housing, so that they are better informed to respond to the issue. The app also helps with your living budget and costs and can help identify if you will lose any of your rent because of the Under Occupancy/Bedroom Tax imposed by the Government.
